Readiness Assessment
This assessment helps us understand your commitment level and readiness to join CCN-MU as a Founding Member. There are no right or wrong answers — only honest ones. Please answer each question genuinely.
1. Our Monthly Prayer Breakfast is approximately 90 minutes, held once a month. Can you commit to attending regularly?
2. CCN-MU holds 4 Quarterly Executive Intensives per year (half-day each). How many could you realistically attend?
3. You will be paired with an Accountability Partner for a structured 1-hour conversation once a month. Is that realistic for you?
4. CCN-MU is built on four founding books. Members are expected to read and engage with them progressively over 3 years. How do you approach this?
5. The KILM Entry Diagnostic asks you to honestly assess your leadership across 8 areas — including your inner life, how you handle power, and who can correct you. Are you open to this?
6. Year 2 requires a GPM™ Organisational Self-Audit — an honest written assessment of your own company against 5 governance pillars. How do you feel about this?
7. CCN-MU members sign a Charter with 8 specific Kingdom commitments — before God and the fellowship. This is a covenant, not a registration. Are you ready to sign?
8. In previous professional networks or chambers, how would you honestly describe your participation level?
9. CCN-MU needs members who actively contribute — not just attend. Which best reflects what you are willing to take on?
